Configuring Email Batching at the Jira Project Level

Is it possible to configure email batching in Jira at the individual project level instead of globally for all projects?

This is not possible with out-of-the-box to batch notifications by the project. However, if you use a third-party app I believe this can be done.  Here is a list of all the notification apps.  https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?hosting=server&product=jira&query=notifications I believe Notification Assistant for Jira - Email does this for sure.
