We have to create tickets for our customers because there is some information wrong in their CRM system. This is a monthly process and the number of tickets we have to create can run up to 25 tickets.
Right now, we do the following: We create the ticket with the request type, choose the customer for 'Raising the request on behalf of', add our description, click create and choose 'Create another'. Then create the same request and copy the information and select a different reporter.
What would be the best way to do this quicker?
Is there a way we can create issues in bulk with different reporters?
Or where we can clone the existing issue and attach a new reporter without the original reporter getting an email that a new ticket was created, because we cloned the ticket.
Hi @Valerie Vliegen ,
You can bulk create issues via CSV file in JSM.

Thanks
If you're looking to speed up the process of creating multiple tickets for different customers, our app Deep Clone for Jira offers a powerful solution. With the Bulk Clone feature, you can efficiently duplicate issues and adjust key fields like the reporter, without triggering notification emails to the original reporter.
Here's how you can do it:
Deep Clone for Jira allows cloning of up to 100,000 issues in one go, and you can edit custom fields to tailor the tickets for each customer. This should significantly reduce the manual effort involved in your monthly process.
For more details, you can explore the Deep Clone for Jira Marketplace page or try out the demo.

Hi Valerie,
First you need to have the customer accounts created into Jira.
Then you can do a Bulk CSV ticket upload.

We have the customer accounts in Jira. I knew bulk CSV ticket was possible but was hoping there was another way. I'll look into this.
