Just a heads up: On March 24, 2025, starting at 4:30pm CDT / 19:30 UTC, the site will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for a few hours. During this time, the site might be unavailable for a short while. Thanks for your patience.
×I added a few global custom fields to the plan configuration and the view, but data does not display in the column of the view even though present on the issues. Are the viewable fields limited to certain data types (like a custom date must be a "Date Range Picker" type, or it must be filterable)?
You can expose custom fields - the UI is just a bit confusing. Not every type works, but most do.
1) go to the fields section
2) Select Manage Custom fields at the bottom
3) up in the Top right - select "add custom field" (this is the UI step that confuses people)
4) Select the fields you want to bring into plan. This area will also tell you if the field type is supported. You can search for the field directly.
Thanks, Chris. Have done all those steps and added the fields to the view, too.

Some of the fields have now populated after doing a re-indexing; others have not.
