I have a custom field I need to pull data from but I am unable to. Is there a way to allow reporting on custom fields?
Define "pull"?
Custom fields are fully reportable, you don't need to "allow" anything. I think you need to define what you think you are missing?
We have a custom field called "Organizations" in our service desk. I have added that column to our Open Tickets filter, when I attempt to export the filter, that column is missing. I hope I have better explained it.
