I have created a couple of custom fields with field type "User Picker" for our new project.
The user are not able to update the names in those fields and they are getting the errors as shown in the below screenshots.
Note: As a administrator, I am the only can able to use these fields in picking the users with out any errors.
Can you please help me, how to resolve this issue???

Grant the Browse Users permission to your groups from Global Permissions setting.

Also, Can you please advice me If there any chance to sync a specific Jira user group with the custom fields with field type "User Picker(Single & Multi)".

What do you mean by "synchronise group with field"?

In the Custom filed "User Picker(Single user)", There is an option to set with specific group for filtering the users.
Is there any possibility to have same functionality applicable for "User Picker(multi users)".

Ah, I see. No, I'm afraid that functionality has not made it to the multi-user-picker yet. There's an open request for it somewhere, but not in my bookmarks.
