Custom icons not showing in Teams

Custom icons are not showing in the Jira Cloud for Teams app. I uploaded custom icons for my projects (because the default ones are horrible) any idea how to fix or if it will be addressed?

Anyone else have a thought on what's happening or what I can try? I already tried to upload and use smaller and equal ratio icons.

This issue could be due to a bug as referred below:

Kindly try the workaround mentioned and accept the answer if it helps.

That would probably work if I was using Jira Server. 🙂
