I have created several dashboard in the new UX. I want to be able to organize how they are listed in the Dashboards section. It looks like you can organize by title but I want to organize specifically by which one(s) I use the most. With most frequently used ones at the top
This is based on dashboards that I have already made my favorite (starred)
All, I highly suggest you click on the link in Ann Worley's post from Monday and, on the far right of the screen for the issue, vote for the issue, so Atlassian will escalate this fix in their scheduling.
While we wait for our colleagues to help us understand why the dashboards can no longer be sorted the same way, I wanted to share a workaround taken from a comment on this bug report: New UI should allow users to custom sort the order of dashboards when managing
If you have the dashboards A, B, C and D.
Favourite them in this order, D, A, C, B, they will be listed in this same order:
Dashboard
D
A
C
BSo, in effect, you have to unfavorite all your dashboards and favorite them again in the order you want them each time you want a new dashboard to be at the top of the list.

Hi @Dave Yost @Andy Shaw,
I'm seeing the same behavior in my Cloud instance. While the dashboards can be sorted by the columns listed, the ability to order dashboards individually appears to no longer be present. I'll reach out to the appropriate team here internally to discuss your findings, and follow up on this thread afterwards. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Hi Dave,
If I got your question right, by clicking on the arrows you should be able to move them up or down.

Can someone from Atlassian please answer this question?
What Fadoua posted was what I used to do.
As Dave notes, in the new UX, it does not allow you to organize the dashboards in any way -- worse, it seems to just pick some random order, not even alphabetical!
Is there some what to do this in the new UX?

I have about 8 dashboards for several products and releases. Sometimes, I need to track 2 releases per product. Some dashboards are not related to products or releases.
It is kind of annoying to have them all in a random order ... just having the previous functionality would be fine.
