Dashboard across two projects

Hi

I've got a Dashboard that shows predominantly filters/gadgets from a single project, but needs to also show a filter/gadget of info from a second project.

This works fine for me as Site Admin, I can see both projects and the Dashboard shows all filters/gadgets.

A standard JSD user though cannot see any data in the gadget looking at the second project.

I think the issue is because he can't see this project at all, but he is part of the group of this project. In an effort to make this work I've set all filters etc. to public but still no visibility. What rights/permissions do I need to change.

Thanks

You'll want to make sure that the following are in place:

- Your users have view access/permissions to the Dashboard

- Your users have view access/permissions to the Filter

- Your users have "Browse Projects" access/permissions to the Project as well (via the proper Project Role)

Thanks Richard. I've done the first two but not the third point so will give that a go!

Yes, access permissions via Project Role sorted it out for me! Thank you!
