Hi Community,
for several reasons we'd like to disable the "Post Upgrade Landing Page" (PULP) in Jira (v8.5) which is presented after Upgrades.
In Jira I found a system-related addon that indeed "could" be disabled.
Simple question before testing it on a non-production environment:
has somebody here already disabled the Post Upgrade Landing page addon without facing any inconsistency problems or any failing dependencies/negative effects of whatever sort?
Funny finding: for some Confluence versions there is some dark feature documented ("-Datlassian.darkfeature.pulp.disable=true") in order to disable the feature.
Thanks a lot!
Cheers,
Daniel
Hi Daniel, Did you applied this workaround successfully ?
We have the exact same issue and https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-72521 is unlikely to be done one day :(
Regards
Laurent
yes - it's fixed for my installation.
Inserting Dark Feature "com.atlassian.jira.pulp.disabled" did the job.
