Does anyone know how to unlock to configure the standard Jira fields CLOUD?

I would like to configure the Team field.  I've been unsuccessful finding info on how to unlock.  Looks like there is a help page for Server, but we are on Cloud.  

Also, I'm unsuccessful finding a list of Standard (out-of-the-box) fields in Admin at all.  I find Team because I knew it was there and that was from Search in Field Config I believe. 

Any advice?

I'm not sure why you want to change the Team field, but it's not a good idea for long-term maintenance in Cloud or Server

I'm ignorant to the purpose of the field then.  My goal was to configure to add values for the uses to select.  Do you know the purpose of the field?

It's a field set by an App, it will populate naturally when you use the functions of that App.  Tempo is my guess, unless you have Portfolio.

Unlocking it would not let you add values anyway, you have to go through the App.

Got it.  We had Portfolio for a while.  Makes sense.  I will create  custom field.  Thank you
