Does the "Microsoft Teams for Jira" add-on ignore user-specific permisisons?

Does this plugin ignore user-based permissions? Despite the user needing to authenticate to Jira to add a new tab into a channel, it looks like once they do that every user can see every filter and run every query, even if they don't have permission to the projects in Jira. This seems like a deal-breaker unless I am missing something?

Hi @Grayson Bishop ,

In general, the user should not be able to see the projects if they do not have the permissions to it. For this reason, we would kindly ask you to contact us at https://www.softserveinc.com/en-us/msteams-atlassian-privacy-policy in order to clarify all the details so we can respond to your questions.

Ah you're correct! The user-based permissions are actually working as intended; the first user I set this up with just had way more permissions that I initially realized. Thank you!

Sounds right. Not everybody spots this.
