Error on plug-in integration although i am an admin

HI all, 

I am the admin for cloud Jira on my company's account and I am trying to add a plugin but i get the below message.. 

Is there anything that I should do before?

I am already logged in on my browser..

How are you trying to add this app?  You seem to have landed on your my.atlassian account, which is not where you'd normally install from.

I am pressing "Try it free"

Then here:

Then i press "Start free trial" and then i get the error. Actually i checked and I am with logged in with mine, not personal, account..

What is the proper way?

You need to make sure you log into Cloud and the licence site with the same admin account that owns the site and has access to add-ons.

The error message suggests there's a disconnect - it can't work out which Cloud site you are trying to licence.
