Just a heads up: On March 24, 2025, starting at 4:30pm CDT / 19:30 UTC, the site will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for a few hours. During this time, the site might be unavailable for a short while. Thanks for your patience.
×Hello, we are facing the issue on our JMWE configuration for workflow. The post function that already implemented times ago, now cannot opened for editing with this error
An error occurred in the application and your page could not be served. If you are the application owner, check your logs for details. You can do this from the Heroku CLI with the commandheroku logs --tail
Please help. Thank you
I am Teja from Appfire.
Please accept our apologies for what you have experienced.
We identified that there was a JMWE outage that occurred on June 5, 2024, due to an issue with the JMWE API token. After our investigation with Atlassian, we have rolled the app back to its previous version to restore access. It is operational now.
If you have any questions meanwhile, please open a support ticket on our portal at https://appf.re/support
Thanks,
Teja

I heard from a colleague that JMWE/Appfire was experiencing an outage. My colleague got that information via a support case they opened with Appfire.
You might want to also open a support case directly with Appfire about the problem.
