Export document which contains all test cases with steps details under a Test Plan.

Is there a good JIRA test management tool able to do so.

I have tried XRAY and synapseRT.

I could not find a way to do so.

Basically in waterfall test environment - we need to prepare test plan for customer review.

Ideally, Test Plan (contains Test Cases with details steps and expected result).

At JIRA XRAY - I only found a template which can export manual test steps. however to generate such document, I need to run the Tests first. without test run or execution, there is no way to export manual test steps (correct me if I am wrong).

moreover, there are many Tests under a Test Plan, I need to export all of them at once.

I could not afford to spend time visit each Test and export them one by one then combine them into a single document again.

Yes, with Xray, it is possible to export the report as a word document or in PDF format.

Also, it is possible to export the Steps (based on the Execution) using this template, "Test Plan Advanced with Cover Page" (https://store.getxporter.app/view/129).

Additionally, if this template does not perfectly fit your needs, it is also possible to adapt the template to add, remove, or modify the exported information.

I think TestFLO Test Management for Jira could meet your needs. In TestFLO, you can export each Test Plan (executed or not) with all Test Cases by using the Export to PDF option. You can also decide which fields will be added to your file. You can find more information in our documentation.
