Hi all,
I'm trying to export Jira issues to excel, and it seems that the number of issues are limited.
Altogether, there are around 1800 issues, but only 1000 appear in the excel file.
Does anyone know why this happens?
Thank you for your reply in advance.
Hi @Amy
This is standard JIRA export limit.
To resolve this please check docs - https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/exporting-a-filter-result-containing-more-than-1000-issues-191500982.html
Regards,
Seba
A workaround for me was to use the 'Open in Microsoft Excel' plugin in JIRA instead of the 'Export' option
and used either 'Excel on Desktop' or 'Excel Online' (Both options worked for me)
Once I had the data (all 3000+ issues/rows) I saved a copy to my local desktop.
