Exporting to a PDF from BigPicture

Hi,

I have created a BigPicture box I would like to export to a PDF as shown on the image on the following link BigPicture Export - Documentation - BigPicture Documentation Wiki, BigGantt Documentation, BigTemplate Documentation (softwareplant.com)

However, it seems I cannot see the option of 'export to image'

Please could someone assist me with this?

Export to an image requires installing additional elements like node.js and Puppeteer. Please have a look at our article: Image export troubleshooting, which provides instructions on how to resolve the problem.
