For reports we have data and we have versions but still we can get the effective reports?

For reports we have data and we have versions but still we can get the effective reports as its showing "No Data". But we have tickets with existing version and tasks.

What report(s)? Can you look at underlying details of the report? Is this CMP or TMP project?

It's a CMP project. I need a version workload report with unreleased version and all subtasks. I'm facing issue as follows . I have a unreleased version with tasks and subtasks.

Is this a SW project or Business project. The tags on this post indicate Jira Work Management. I would not think this report would apply to JWM project. If you click Edit Report Options can you assess the series?

Yes i can access to series and i can configure it but no outcome.

Its a CMP project in JWM linked with confluence and linked with Jira software.

Its for a management level and need to track the issues, so need reports of each and every ticket and subtask everything in one report as work done and left .

But in JWM you don’t have releases do you? I have never tried that before. I use that in my SW projects.

so I just went to a test business project and verified the version workload report. It does exist and now I understand what it’s doing. The key here is that you have time estimates on your issues. Have you verified that you are including estimations on your issues?

Yes i have mentioned 'Time estimates' and also i do have versions added but still facing issue and couldn't get the report.
