Get list of projects using Time Tracking field

Hi, 

I'd like to get a list of project using the Time Tracking field. 

I can see in the UI that it's used in several screens but I need the projects instead, ideally an SQL query

no, that what I need is to know the projects that have is enable, that one seems to get the fields per project
