Getting error when trying to submit a Jira Form.

Hi I've been using Jira forms, and I'm running into an error that's making it impossible to submit a form. 

Unable to Submit Form 

Users are getting the following error: "We couldn’t create your issue. Resolve any invalid answers and check all required fields are complete", even though all required fields have been populated.

Last week, Microsoft Edge was the only where that issue didn't show up, and it was eventually resolved after unlinking a field tied to the "Summary" field. But now, it's happening again across all browsers. 

We've had to use an alternative form software in the meantime but not sure how to resolve this.

Hi @Siobhan Tiulentino and welcome to the Community,

you probably checked whether there are required fields configured via the Field Configuration in that project?

It might be, that not all required fields (per Jira config) are shown on the form so issue creation will throw errors. However it wouldn't explain different behaviours between browsers.

Hello I am facing same issue. I check my field configuration and all jira linked fields are present there.
still issue is not resolved. Any thing else that can help?
I crossed check my form configuration, no criteria or check are added other than making some of the fields mandetory.
