Github integration with jira cloud do not show commits after installing github app

When using DVCS Connector all commits where visibile on each issue in the development tools area, however after installed the official app the commits are not seen any more.

The github organisation is configured in jira and all access is given in github. 

What can be wrong?

Please verify the sync status in your JIra. If the sync status is COMPLETE and still nothing showing up in Jira then go through https://github.com/integrations/jira/blob/master/SUPPORT.md#getting-additional-help
