Group account can be created in SDM?

Hello,

This could be a solution for an issue in adding multiple Watchers at a time. In the old screen, there was a field in which we can add multiple accounts so that we were able to add them at a time. However, we have no such field now (Attached current "add watchers" field).

What I want to confirm is whether we can create a group JIRA account in which we can register individual JIRA accounts. With that group account, we would be able to add pre-defined watchers at a time.

Kindly suggest if this can be a solution.

Hello @Takak Ohashi 

No, you can't do that.

You can create a User Groups that has user accounts as members, but you can't add a User Group in the Watchers dialog.

You cannot create a "user account" and group other user accounts under it.
