Guideline not showing on burndown charts

Hi,

I am trying to use the burndown charts with JIRA Agile but the guideline is not showing on the report. Actually it does show up, but it's overlapping the X axis.

The sprint backlog was properly filled before starting and all cards had story points on them. However, the field original estimate and remaining estimate were not filled and they're probably not going to be used. Is that causing the guideline not to show up?

Is there any workaround for this? I don't want to use the time tracking features at this point, only the story points based estimate.

Could you attach a screenshot of one of your burndowns that has this problem?

Is this something that used to work but now doesn't? Is it only the one project that has this issue? Lastly, are you on server or cloud?

Seriously??!?   this is the way to fix this?  close the sprint and re-open another?   Jira is the worst tool I've ever used for Agile.    Everything that JIRA can't do, or does wrong - is done right in visualstudio.   Burndown from subtasks - natively works in Visualstudio - can't even do it in JIRA...

I really regret using JIRA.

I am having the same issue with the guideline not displaying and the timezone is accurate, the issues were added to the Sprint during creation WITH story point estimates and still no guideline.  What else could be causing this?

Just to confirm 2 settings :

When you're on the Burndown page, is the dropdown set to Story Points?

If you go to Board settings and click on Estimation, is the dropdown set to Story Points?
