Hi everyone, is there a way to hide a knowledge base article from the search engine (to make it not appear in the Help Desk search in Jira Service desk) but at the same time keep it visible on Confluence?
Daria - The only way that I know of would be to use page restrictions. This however would only make it visible in confluence to certain individuals or groups and it would no longer be public to everyone.
