How can I get the issue count for custom fields?

I am reviewing the content in the Governance and Housekeeping course on Atlassian U and in "Analyzing custom field usage" it states:

• Identify unused fields
  • Old last used date - is this cloud only?
  • Not displayed on any/many screens
  • Low issue count - (Data Center/Server)

I'm looking at the Custom Fields screen and there is no issue count, nor is there a last used date.

Where can I find this information? I am using v8.3.2

It turns out that the version of Jira I'm using is too old and does not offer this information.  I don't have DB access, and even if I did, I'm pretty sure I would need to alter the syntax for a non-Postgres DB - which is not my strong suit. 

My question related to the information provided by the housekeeping and governance skillbuilder course, which stated that there would be an issue count and last used by columns in DC, which weren't there.  One purpose of the course is to help people clean up old instances, but there's an unwritten assumption that everything has been upgraded.  

Reality is sometimes very, very far from that truth.

@Robert Horan Since Atlassian announced the retirement of server they have been slowly removing it from their training.  This is due to the fact that it will no longer be supported in a little over a year.  Your focus should be on DC and Cloud.  I also believe that the descriptions of the courses also mention that they are for DC or Cloud.
