How can I know(JQL query) the date were a checkbox custom field was marked "Yes"

I have created a custom field "Escalated issue" type- Checkboxes.

I want to search when this file was changed to "Yes.

Hey @Samuel Bar , 

In Jira there is only history search for a few specific fields (like status), not for custom fields. 
There is a way around it for future issues though if this is an important requirement. 

I outlined the steps to do this in an earlier question, please check this question and answers and let me know if this helps!
