How can I widen the issue details panel on Kanban board?

The UI has a very narrow issue details view panel.  Is there a way to adjust the panel width?I cannot find a way to adjust the panel size.

Hi Raymond,

There is a not a way to natively resize that panel in Jira at the moment.  There is a feature request to add this ability in JSWSERVER-9236.

But there are a few different users there that have reported a means which you can create a bookmarklet that contains some javascript code that would allow users in your browser to resize this element.   You can find more details in the comments of JSWSERVER-9236.

No, wait, the new layout IS WORSE!

Code snippets in the issue can't be read because the issue display column only shows the center 1/3 of the screen, most of the rest being whitespace. On a 27" screen.

It's like you don't even use this product yourself.
