Hello! I'm using Teams on Jira cloud and it's really easy to anyone create a closed team. But I'm a Administrator and I need to manage the teams because it is used on automations, plans and now with the JPD... but I can not enter on closed teams! I need to configure and manage the teams so it's absolutely wrong me as a site admin can not do this. Do you now if I can enter on theses teams by anyway (like I can change owner on private filters ou dashboards by a admin place)?

Why guys? I am a SITE ADMIN, I have access to manage licenses and billing details but I can not enter in a team? wrong. wrong. wrong. You need fix this.
Teams are now accessible on other instances within the same Organization. When a user is logged into an instance they can see the Teams that have been set up on any instance within that Organization. With this change, Teams have been elevated from site specific to shared at the Organization level. As such you now must be an Organization Admin to manage teams to which you do not currently belong, and to add yourself to closed teams to which you don't belong.

This is not a resolution for my problem... on this article describes exactly the problem I have. One common jira user create a Team on "CREATE" option... and no check the option "Membership controls" (Clearing the box means people will need to request approval or get an invite from an existing member.)
No admin is part of this team... and no admin can exclude it.
No have any option exclusive to Admins for a forced enter in this teams.

I understand that you don't agree with the design choice the Atlassian made. I am simply saying that the product functions as they specified it should.
Regardless, at this point I would advice you to escalate your concern through Atlassian support to get an issue into Atlassian's backlog about this if one does not already exist.
