Hi fellow Jiraeans, as per the screenshot below, in a Jira cloud issue...how do I add another field called "Label" (bottom red arrow) under the "Details" (top red arrow) on the right hand side of the screen?
Thank you for any guidance in advance.
Hello @Angus Smith since this is the view screen, you just need to add the Label field between those arrows shown on the screenshot. You would go to Settings > Screens > Find your view screen and add the Label field.
Thank you Mr Perisic. I have learned something today. The new Cloud layout is very different from the on-prem we used. VERY different.

Mostly all of the things are the same. But yeah, there are some that are different. Here is an article about the differences: https://support.atlassian.com/migration/docs/differences-administering-jira-data-center-and-cloud/

Hi @Angus Smith ,
As a Jira admin or Project admin, you can go to the project settings - layout then choose the Issue type then click Edit issue layout.
Then drag the label under context fields -Save changes
Make sure the field "label" is added in the Issue types screen.
You can check this documentation to learn more about configuring field layout in the issue view.

Hope it helps.
Thank you!
