How do i reset my password if I don't have 2fa number or recovery key?

I need to reset and log in as the admin but I am not able to see the 2fa phone number so that I can identify who the code is going to, neither do i have the recovery key. I am the site admin but need to transfer the full admin rights to my account and need to log in as the admin first. I am stuck :(
