Hi @JD Lobue
Team-managed projects do not support quick filters yet. Here is one of the suggestions to add the feature: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-17446
There is a note from Atlassian that work planned to start on the feature in June 2021, and there was no timeline for completion.
Best regards,
Bill
At this time, I believe the options are: assignee, epic, label, and issue type.

Even the search box only highlights, as opposed to filtering the board like for company-managed projects. And components are not available yet either: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-17601

@Carlos Garcia Navarro I believe the ask is for the option to be available for Boards, where that is just Quick Filters for the project view.
Below is for a team-managed Business Project
Let me clarify: what I was looking for as well as @Bill Sheboy
is for the ability to add additional filters in this view for a Board:
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Our team would like to get this feature also. We would like to filter by other field instead of just the Assignee as we have "Tester" and "Reviewer" fields.
It is a very wanted feature.
