I have created an "automatic-sprint based enabled" box:
1. why didn't it pull in all the sprints
2. some sprints need to be deleted and I can't delete it as it was created as an "automatic sprint based" box.
3. How can I then delete the box to start create a new "non-automatic-sprint based" box board
Hello @Leanne Viljoen
I'm not sure that I understand your issue. Can you provide some screen images of that show the "automatic-sprint based enabled box"?
Can you provide screen images to help illustrate each point/question in your post?
I'm sorry, I don't have any experience with Big Picture so I am not able to advise you how to fix this.
For future reference if your question concerns functionality provided by a third party app, it is help if you mention that in your original post to give more context to your question.

Thanks for the tip Trudy, it is indeed a 3rd party tool from AppFire

I'm trying to delete one of the sprints from the timebox I have created. It doesn't allow me to delete it. Error message: Cannot delete box (ITER-19) when Automatic sprint-based timeboxes option has been enabled. You can edit sprints in Jira or change timeboxes settings in the box configuration.
I have reconfigured the timebox from "inherited only" to "Own and inherit" but still getting the same problem.
Is it because we're currently running only a trail license of big Picture?
Thanks,
