Hello!
Presently using the custom field 'Date Time Picker' for a Jira Service Desk portal. The available time is limited between 9am to 6pm. Does not allow manual entering of 12:30am for example.
How and where we change this? We use Tempo and Portfolio on Jira Cloud at the moment, and none of it settings for working hours as an impact on the field. Nor any of the time tracking or time format settings.
Why is there is field that is hard-wired like that?

The new customer portal was rolled out and now we don't have the option to disable anymore.
I saw your comment on the bug and based on that, I created a feature request for our dev team to check the possibility to add the same Date Time Picker as before, where we could customize the minutes:

For now, the workaround is to disable the Portal X by clicking on "Customize" in the customer portal:
