How to classify tasks by department: front, design, backend, database?

In task body we have only Labels, but it is not comfortable.

We wont dropdown named Department after Issue Type, where we can add ours departments.

How can we do it?

You'll want to create a new dropdown custom field called "Department".

Once the field is created, you'll need to ensure that it is on the screens that relate to the issues on which you'd like the field to appear.

i can not create custom field in cloud platform

It is possible to create custom fields in Jira Cloud, though you might not have the permissions required to do so. If you have the "Administer Jira" permission, then the following documentation should help you in creating a new custom field.

If you don't have the appropriate permissions, then you'll want to reach out to your local Jira administrator to see if they can help.
