How to configure a board for a business project

Hello
We don't normally use business projects but now I need to configure a board for a business project.
But I can't find a way to configure it anywhere. Who can help me? Where can I find the right information?

A board for a software project is no problem, but for business project I cannot find anywhere the button ... for the settings.
Such as column display and status layout etc.

Boards for business projects draw their configuration directly from the project settings.  There is no direct configuration for them.

That would be a huge negative to using the business project.  In fact I cannot see a use for it.
