Hello all,
I would like to ask you for a help.
My problem is: I wanna filter current assignee of ticket who's on holiday from INSIGHT
(like show me right now inactive people who's not in work based on insight ObjectType "Holidays").
1) I wanna get it on dashboard, so I would like to get it via Advanced filter at searching issues and add it to dashboard (JQL)
2) In Insight I have Object Type "Holidays" - it shows people on holidays
What I want is:
Show me current assignee of ticket, who is on holidays
Thanks in advance.
I'm up for any information you would need to solve this problem.
Chozo,
Hi @Chozo
Out of curiosity I've been trying to accomplish this. As far as I can tell it isn't that easy.
You can only match an issue to a record in Insight if the issue actually references the record.
As an example let's say we made a new custom field of type Insight Object/s called Insight Assignee. We would then be able to look up all issues that have this field populated with a matching Holiday object. The thing is that Insight always return the ObjectBean and that can't be matched to an ApplicationUser.
I might be wrong but this is as far as i could get :(
Hello,
thanks for the reply!
I would like to use button "Accept answer", but I can't do it, because if someone will looking for resolution, he'll be sad of this resolution :D
I will leave ticket here for a while and if is not possible and someone will not give me any answer for that, I'll delete it I think.
Thanks in advance!

@Chozo You can accept more than one answer so accepting mine for now is fine for now :)
