How to get a list of issues that have attached links qase.io ?

a_makharov May 14, 2024

Hi!
I have successfully integrated qase.io in Jira, and now I can attach links of test cases to issues. Now, I need to get a list of tasks that have links to qase.io

I tried to pull them out through the Issues section using filters, but I didn't find the information I needed there.

Please help me

Hi @a_makharov

I'm curious how these links to qase.io are implemented in Jira. Is there any chance you could post a screenshot of an issue that has such links?

Best,

Hannes

Hi, yes of course.

First of all in qase.io I install Jira cloud app and integrate it with my Jira projects.

After that, you can attach links with test cases to the tasks from qase.io.

Below is what it looks like from the outside qase.io and from the Jira side.

If you need any info, welcome

Hi @a_makharov

hm, this looks like some vendor-specific implementation of linking. I'm afraid you'll need to reach out to the vendor and see if this is searchable via JQL (or perhaps in some other way).

Please keep me posted on what you hear back, I'm curious.

Best,

Hannes

Hi.
I wrote to qase.io support and they answered my question. Basically, they have the opportunity to pull out data using "Traceability reports" (that's how they answered me), but I haven't had time to try yet. But I would still like this opportunity to be in Jira itself.
