How to get jira-project-8.13.1.pom

I'm trying to build my plugin with jira 8.13.1 but getting error for dependency 

jira-project-8.13.1.pom

I looked into jira package(atlassian-jira\WEB-INF\lib) but didn't found anything 

Can someone help me on how to get this ?

Why do you need that pom ? 

All thing you need to setup is in atlassian sdk.

Hi @Gonchik Tsymzhitov , I was upgrading my Atlassian plugin from 8.5.3 to 8.13.1 and and during build getting error for jira-project-8.13.1.pom dependency since its wasn't available under our internal maven repo, However was able to get it from below error and its resolved my issue
