How to list / change options of a custom field with Scriptrunner

Hi there!

My script queries a REST Api and retrieves some JSON data (version information of software releases). This works so far.

Now I need to use this data to refresh the possible options of a custom field (of type select list or even better a cascading select list). Users should be able to create a new bug report and chose the affected version.

But I simply can't get this part to work.

I think I have to use the OptionsManager (Atlassian Jira - Server 8.20.13 API), but I couldn't find a working example.

Can anyone help me!?
