How to manage complete projects?

i have a question,

how to manage complete projects?

usualy how it's done, i would to create an archive as completed pojects, so as to have a history of activities and distinguish complete projects from in progress projects.

Hello,

You can create a project category called Archive and if you want to archive a project, you should set the Archive category to the project.

Also you can create a different permission scheme for such projects (with less permissions) and set the permission scheme to the projects.

Yes, it is possible. You shoud grant the Browse Issues permission in the project permission scheme only to the users, who must see the project.
