×We have a project team who wants to move forward with a migration from one jira to another jira. The biggest concern is that we need to maintain attachments of the cloned issues in the new Jira instance.
How to migrate projects to from Jira03 to GrIP (need ability to maintain attachments)
Hi @Vijay dumpala ,
I've made good experience with configuration manager for Jira app.
This app supports migration very well and you can also include the attachments in the migration.
Thanks for the recommendation @Bastian Stehmann
@Vijay dumpala - If you decide to trial CMJ, you can find more information about migrating projects with attachments in the use case writeup in our documentation.
Feel free to contact Appfire support if you have any questions about how to do this - they're super helpful.
Best of luck,
Kelsey from Appfire
