Just a heads up: On March 24, 2025, starting at 4:30pm CDT / 19:30 UTC, the site will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for a few hours. During this time, the site might be unavailable for a short while. Thanks for your patience.
×I want to use a single people picker list in multiple locations on a form. Any ideas how I might do this. I would prefer to not create and maintain a list of all employees for each field I wanted to display the names.
The user picker field is populated from the list of active users that have access to your Jira instance, so you would not have to maintain multiple lists if you have multiple user picker fields.
Super! Solves my biggest issue. Thanks.
Can we do that for other fields too... make a list of say locations and then have multiple fields dropdown selectors populated from a single list?

You could, if you are on the premium JSM plan you have access to Assets which you could use for that purpose, that is what I do for a project that has 300+ values in a drop-down field (it's a finance project).
