Hi,
I have a site where the previous site-admins user's ID's are present. I tried to follow the instruction given on the Atlassian help page but it doesn't work.
I am unable to remove those IDs even I am the administrator with the billing and subscription details under my name. How to remove un-used users IDs of the old employees.
Anyone can help?
Welcome to the Community!!
You need to remove their privilege as site admin first, meaning make them a basic user and then remove the user.
Export the user data from the directory section to know which user ID is tagged to which user on your site.
Let me know if you have any queries
Thanks,
Pramodh
Hi Pramodh,
How to remove their ORG & SITE Admin rights? Looks like the option doesn't highlight on my tab.
I am only SITE Administrator.

Apologies, the user are ORG & SITE admin. I am only SITE admin.
They are in the group and I can't remove them. There email id's have expired so I can't retrieve their information. What to do next?

Only ORG admins could (un)assign other ORG admins.
Is there any ORG admin with active and valid email/user? Please contact any org admin user to perform the action of removing invalid user id´s.

Hi Stefan,
Unfortunately, none of the ORG admin are present or have their email id active.
Can Atlassian do it?
Can I make myself ORG admin? Since the billing and subscription is connected to me.

As far as I know only ORG admins have the permission to add other ORG admins.
I would suggest to reach out to Jira support to solve this.
