The child requirements are not the user stories/issues under epic as we dont use Agile. These requirements are child of epic and are not linked issues to epic, so would like to know how we can use jql to find the child of the epics which are not the typical linked issues. Thanks

The question is unclear to me. May you rephrase it?

Please, focus in what you want to get, and not in what you don't want to get.

Providing an example may also work, and maybe a screenshot which clarifies what would you like the JQL to return.

Thanks Ignacio. Apologies for not being clearer.

I have : SynapseRT 6.1.2, JIRA 7.1.4

Steps: In SynapseRT, there is a requirements section under Epics. Added the Issue Type=Requirement under the EPIC which are the child of the EPIC.

What I need: The JQL function to locate all the requirements under the Epics

I have actually found the answer after I posted this: issue in childrenOfParentRequirement("<ID>")

Thanks!
