I am creating a new company-managed project (Kaban). when i look at my board, i want to be able to quickly filter by assignees (easy with the icons), and also filter all the issues that are unassigned. I don't have the icon for Unassigned. How can I add it?
I have this icon in my team-managed project:
thank you
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Click on 3 dots on top right side corner and then go to Configure Board
Then click on Quick Filter --> Create quick filter
Under Name field type "Unassigned" and in JQL Query field type " assignee is Empty" and save it.
This configuration will add a Unassigned filter on your board which will show issues where assignee is unassigned.
Regards,
Ashish
Hi Ashish,
I have a different view from you. May be because i am using a company-managed business project?
I only have those options when i click on ...More

Welcome to the community.
On the icon you see +4 option, unassigned is under there, select the +4 and then the icon in grey with the user logo on it.
There is no need for quick filters.
The number of icons visible is limited and if more then a certain number of people onthe project, the unassigned can move under the + option

Hi @Marc - Devoteam thank you.
The icon with the +4 comes from the project where i have the option to select the Unassigned. And yes, that's how i select the unassigned issues.
In the first screen shot I posted, I don't have the option to select Unassigned the same way as I do in the second screen shot.

As this is a company managed board, you can use the filter option and then press the 3 dots and select Unassigned

Thank you. I think it's my only option. I wanted to have it next to the icons of my users for a quick access. That'll do.
