I am not able to see Add checklist option for my user stories due to which am not able to create checklist points.Please help.

is this an app?

Have you the permissions for this?

An other reason could be that the project is not unlocked/activated under the settings from the App.

If it is an Issue Checklist Pro or Issue Checklist Free, then Add Checklist button should be available by default, as visible on the screenshot below.

Unless it was disabled in the configuration.
