Hello, community! I just start learning Jira services and i need help with improving my skills. What apps do you use and which of them are irreplaceable to make a good project? Can you advise me resourses for learning basics?

For project management could be useful Jira Automation (built-in solution)

Also, there are many tools from Atlassian Marketplace.

Service Desk (built-in tool) and SLA Time and Report (add-on) will help you with L1, L2 and L3 support.

Time in Status for Jira Cloud (add-on)- lets you monitor how long issues stayed in the specific status.

There are many tools, tips and trick at the Jira, all depends on your needs.
