I need to add a pop up window between transitions

I need to add a window between transitions reminding them to fill out the info in the custom fields. It's not a required field validator, but something that pops up, and if they don't fill it in, they can still transition the ticket. I need to add something like this

you can create transition screen and add the field to pop up dont set as validator.

Hello, I need here help too. I cant even find where I can create a transition screen and where i should do this in the Workflow edit...

Look in project settings, then workflows. Select the appropriate workflow and then edit.

From here you can add, delete or modify existing transitions including transition screens.

Select the transition where you want the pop up to appear

Press Edit

(enter admin password if required)

From the edit transition window that opens, bottom box is screen.

Select the screen that will become your pop up. (you will have had to have created this in advance)
