In the 'new Jira Experience", how to Enable "Jira Labs" features?

I want to enable the issue detail popups, but cannot seem to find the method or procedure to do this. As close as I've come is reading this:

Hello,

You should click on your avatar, then choose Profile and you will see the Lab features.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

It's now under Avatar > Settings at the bottom.

OK, been another year.... NOW where did they move it to? (using the server, not the cloud version)
