Is it possible to enter Sprints on a Plan?

I have added the Sprint to my Fields on my Plan. The field shows fine, and if it has a value from the issue, it shows. Can that value be changed, or can a Sprint be added to an issue that does not have a Sprint yet? Thanks.

Note: Advance Roadmaps is the old name for Plans.

@Dave Rosenlund _Trundl_ Thanks, that was the ticket. I have a large project with dozens of associated boards, so the project was the only input source. I added the requested scrum board, and now sprints are available on the Plan.
