We want to receive a weekly email with Customer Satisfaction details for the past 7 days. I'm aware of Automation= When: Scheduled > Then: Send Email - but unsure of how I could include the Customer Satisfaction details. Kindly please advise. Thank you.

The rating and comments of the satisfaction survey are not stored in custom fields. In order to get the rating, you can use the smart value {{issue.Satisfaction.rating}}.
But this is a single rating, based upon the rating placed on a single issue.
There is no option to use lookup issues as within smart values relating to lookup issues the smart value Satisfaction rating is not supported
